Prospero Health and Social NZ on behalf of our client, are seeking an aspiring Facility Manager to lead one of their friendly, 45 bed sites in the stunning Hawke’s Bay – which is constantly full and has a wonderful homely atmosphere.
This NZ owned and operated Aged Care provider has 20 sites nationwide and pride themselves on providing holistic, resident centered care across all locations.
The successful applicant will:
Supervise, lead, and support clinical and non-clinical staff, whilst overseeing the day to day operations, including all financial aspects of the facility.
Skills and Experience:
- Registered Nurse with experience working within Aged Care in NZ with current APC
- 3 + years’ experience working within Residential Aged Care setting in a leadership role
- Sound knowledge and experience working with dementia patients
- Sound knowledge of the NZ Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards
- Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
- Previous Financial Management and Budgeting experience
- Enthusiasm, drive, and a desire to be successful in this role
- A passion for Aged Care and a desire to make a difference to the lives of Residents and families
