Clinical Services Manager - Aged Care - Nelson

We have the privilege of working with one of New Zealand’s leading nationwide Aged Care Providers, who are both innovative and client centered.

An opportunity have arisen for a Clinical Services Manager for one of their friendly, facilities that offer, Respite and Dementia Care, in the sunny Nelson region.

This varied role would suit a seasoned Clinical Manager or a senior registered nurse, wishing to step into a leadership role within aged care.

The role: 

You will be responsible for providing high level clinical leadership and support to clinical and care staff, actively participate in the quality and risk management programme for the facility and monitor the provision of care to residents to ensure the highest standards are achieved and maintained.

The successful applicant will:

• Hold a current APC with the Nursing Council of NZ
• Have a minimum of 3.5 years post registration experience ideally in the aged care sector
• Have experience mentoring, leading and developing a team (preferred but not essential)
