Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and evidence-based nursing care to individuals with diverse mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to medical protocols.
• Foster a therapeutic and safe environment for patients, promoting their overall well-being.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and crisis interventions as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and valid registration as a Mental Health Nurse in Australia.
• Post-grad mental health qualification ( desirable)
• Proven experience in mental health nursing, demonstrating a strong understanding of various mental health disorders and treatments.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within mental health
• Fully vaccinated ( Covid and Flu vax )
• WWCC
• Police check
• Full working rights
