Your Role as a Registered Nurse: As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you’ll be at the forefront of healthcare excellence, where your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering evidence-based nursing care.
  • Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensuring the safety of both patients and staff.
  • Providing guidance and supervision to nursing team members for top-quality patient care.
  • Offering education and support to individuals and patients in their journey toward health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life care.

Essential Criteria:

  • AHPRA Registration: Maintain current Registration with AHPRA, showcasing your commitment to professional excellence.
  • Post Graduate Certification:  Post Graduate Certificate in Emergency/Critical Care Nursing.
  • Experience – Minimum 2 years experience in ED/Critical care
  • Working with Children Check: Required for this role.
  • Quality Patient Care: Demonstrate your unwavering commitment to delivering quality patient care in line with ACQSHC National standards.
  • Clinical Expertise: Showcase your sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Excellence: Exhibit outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Team Player: Flourish both independently and as a valuable team member.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations.

Your Rewards: As a successful candidate, you’ll receive a competitive salary tailored to your relevant nursing experience, aligned with the current nursing Agreement. Salaries range between $35.33 and $47.25 per hour.
